2023
inVista Real Estate has launched its operations and surpassed USD 300 million in Assets under Custody/Assets under Management (AuC/AuM).
2022
Marcelo Rainho and Thiago Leomil, after more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market and working together since 2013, founded their second management firm, inVista Real Estate. Now fully independent, they continue their journey by leveraging their extensive expertise to drive innovative real estate investment strategies.
2019
Marcelo Rainho and Thiago Leomil have joined Julius Baer Family Office as executive partners to establish and develop the group's real estate division. They are leading the management of development and income funds across Brazil, the United States, and Europe, leveraging their extensive experience to expand the firm's real estate investment capabilities.
2018
XP Investimentos acquired Vista Investimentos, which has been renamed XP Vista Asset Management. Marcelo Rainho and Thiago Leomil now lead the real estate asset management division at XP, focusing on managing development and income funds. These funds are now geared towards retail clients, expanding their reach and accessibility.
2013
Marcelo Rainho and Thiago Leomil, together with the main founding partners of GPS Investimentos and NEO Investimentos, founded Vista Investimentos. This real estate management firm focuses on Brazilian real estate development funds aimed at capital gains and income generation, specifically targeting high-net-worth individuals.
