Our Positive Impacts

Our aspiration is to make a positive impact on people and the world through advanced governance across the various classes of our investments. By doing so, we aim to instill pride in our actions, inspire our ecosystem, and honor our existence.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We actively cultivate diversity within our workforce, building an inclusive and equitable environment as we expand our team. We focus on developing talent and leadership regardless of color, creed, sexual orientation, or any other unique characteristic, while maintaining the awareness that we are all equal as human beings.

Governance

We execute a disciplined governance strategy, continuously improving our procedures and aligning our ESG strategy with the best-in-class corporate governance frameworks. We believe ESG should be reflected in concrete actions visible to all our employees and partners.

Partners

We strive to form partnerships with those who share ESG values and have similar business purposes. We consider these areas in our selection criteria, evaluating their culture, talent management, and internal policies on investments, governance, environmental preservation, and social policies.

Life Sciences

Our life sciences tenants research and develop life-saving treatments, devices, and therapies for chronic diseases.

Investments with Sustainable Appeal

A portion of our investments is directed towards the development and construction of affordable residential units and housing projects, many of which include the delivery of domestic water and sewage networks, extensions of electrical networks, and new road access that benefit local communities. Additionally, efficient constructions provide better outcomes for our tenants, residents, and communities.

Projeto Pamplona

The Pamplona Project, supported by inVista, is a social initiative that transforms the lives of vulnerable children and adolescents in the West Zone of São Paulo by offering free martial arts classes. These classes promote values such as honor, unity, and respect for family. Founded by brothers Eduardo and Rodrigo Pamplona, the project requires participants to be enrolled in school, emphasizing the importance of education. In partnership with the Clube da Construção Civil, the project aims to build its own headquarters through community-driven efforts that mobilize resources and labor, highlighting a commitment to improving living conditions in the community.
