The Amazon Redmond Town Center, located in Redmond, Washington, is a Class A+ building with 111,368 square feet (10,346.4 m²) of gross leasable area (GLA). The acquisition was completed in December 2024, and the property is 100% leased to Amazon under a long-term Triple Net Lease agreement, expiring in November 2031, providing predictability and security for future investment cash flows.

Originally built in 2003 as a Macy’s department store, the property underwent extensive modernization in 2020/2021, receiving over US$33.4 million in investments from the tenant (Amazon) itself. This transformed the former store into a corporate office of the highest technical quality.
