Fernando Teixeira

Fernando Teixeira is a managing partner at inVista Real Estate, where he joined in 2023.
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate market, he began his career at CBRE, the world’s largest real estate consulting firm, where he remained for 10 years, starting as a trainee and eventually becoming an investment manager. He handled a broad spectrum of investors, from foreign institutional investors to Single Family Offices, a segment in which he has specialized for the past 12 years.
With a solid real estate background and participation in sales processes totaling over R$3.5 billion in Gross Development Value (GDV), Fernando is responsible not only for the organized sales processes of families’ properties but also for the relationship with investors in the Single and Multi-Family Offices segment.
Fernando holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Mauá Institute of Technology.
