She is recognized for her ability to act as a business partner, combining strategic perspective, KPI analysis, executive communication, and change management. She has strong expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, and the design of People and Management practices aligned with companies’ sustainable growth.
At inVista, she leads the People and Management agenda, focusing on culture, performance, talent attraction and retention, people governance, and strategic support for the company’s partners and leaders.
