The partners and the team

Marcelo Rainho founded inVista in 2022, following more than 20 years of professional experience. He began his career as a trainee at Banco Real and later became a consultant at Advisia Management Consulting. He entered the real estate market with the M&A team at Gafisa and subsequently worked in the financial teams of construction companies Adolpho Lindenberg and Camargo Corrêa. Afterwards, he served as a Director in the real estate investment team at Pátria Investimentos. In 2013, he founded the real estate investment management firm Vista Real Estate, which was sold to XP Inc. in 2018, where he took command of real estate funds. In 2019, he joined GPS Planejamento Financeiro, which later became Julius Baer Family Office, as a partner responsible for development real estate funds. He holds an executive education in Real Estate from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a degree in Naval Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
